Life Management
Get expert guidance and referrals to help manage life’s responsibilities. Support is available for financial planning, legal questions, childcare and elder care resources, adoption support, work and career guidance, daily living needs, and more. These services are designed to give you practical solutions so you can focus on what matters most.
Mental Health
Confidential counseling and coaching are available to support you and your family. You can connect with licensed professionals to talk about stress and anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, parenting challenges, and more. You and your eligible family members can receive three free face-to-face sessions per person, per contract year. Sessions may be used for individual, couples, or family counseling. All sessions are private and designed to help you navigate life’s challenges with professional support.
Well-Being Center
The Wellbeing Center is your hub for everything included in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Explore all available services—counseling, life management resources, and more—plus explore the learning center and the content library, which includes assessments, training, webinars, articles, calculators, and more.
