Coverage typically includes:
- Preventive Care – Routine exams, cleanings, and X-rays (usually covered at 100%)
- Basic Services – Fillings, extractions, and other routine dental work (80% covered)
- Major Services – Crowns, bridges, dentures, and more extensive procedures (50% covered)
- Orthodontics – Coverage is available for dependent children under age 19. (Lifetime maximum: 50% up to $2,000)
